What does the product do?

Not many names in the supplement industry are as widely known as C4 and for good reason. This is the perfect low stim pre workouts for people that are testing the supplement market for the first time. 

C4 will give you a nice buzz and a good pump. But it doesn't contain a crazy amount of stimulants like some of the more intense pre workouts. 

Who should be taking it?

C4 is best suited for beginners to intermediates.
