What does the product do?

A Whey Blend is a protein powder made from both whey isolate and whey concentrate. They are both derived from milk and both have a similar amino acid profile but it is thought that they are digested at different rates. The different speeds of absorption offer the benefit of getting an immediate hit of protein and a delayed drip.
